FINANCIAL POLICY

 

 

1.         ENROLLMENT:   Enrollment is accepted at any time of the month.  At the time of enrollment the first month only will be pro-rated.

 

 

2.         NUMBER OF CLASSES: One month at A V Twisters is based on four weeks of classes.  Sometimes a month will have a 5th class and sometimes there will be only three classes.  Whether or not there are four classes in the month, the full fee is still due. The schedule is planned on the six-month registration period so it works out to 24 or more classes for each day of the week (Mon-Sat) per registration period.

 

3.         PAYMENT:  Tuition for the month is due before the first day of the month.  The full tuition is due for the month even if there is an absence.  Absences may not be subtracted from future payments.  All accounts must use automatic payment thru credit or debit card.  If payment is not completed by the 10th day of the month your child may not be admitted to their class.  A $25.00 LATE FEE MUST ACCOMPANY ANY PAYMENTS MADE AFTER THE 1st DAY OF THE MONTH.

 

4.         REGISTRATION FEE:  A registration fee is due upon initial enrollment in the gym.  The beginning fee is pro-rated for the part of the registration period remaining.  Half of the registration fee ($20) is due on April 1st and the other half is due on October 1st, or the total can be paid for entire year, $40.00.  The Registration fee is not refundable and non transferable for any reason.

 

5.         ABSENCES:

A.  Please call the gym if you know that your child will be absent from a scheduled class.

B.  Make-ups for level 1 students are held on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month ant 12:30pm

C.  Make-ups can be taken for currently enrolled and paid for months.

D.     Make-ups must be made up within 4 weeks after absence.

E.      No more then 1 absence may be made up for a class in any given month.

 

6.         TUITION:   Payments are to be made automatically thru credit or debit card.  If you choose not to sign up for automatic payment then 6 months must be paid in advance at front desk.

 

7.         WITHDRAWING:  When you enroll at A V Twisters you agree to give at least a 30 day written notice prior to withdrawing from class.  You are responsible for all fees through the end of the period for which notice is given.  Therefore the last 30 days must be paid up front for each child.
